CONDITIONS OF SALE
By accessing and using www.glacierbluedesigns.co.uk you agree to follow and abide by our terms and conditions as outlined below.

VARIATION OF CONTENT
Glacier Blue reserves the right to amend / remove the content of this website at anytime and includes pricing and postage costs.

ORDERING
No contract of sale exists between Glacier Blue and yourself until full payment has been received in cleared funds. This excludes payment for bespoke stationery designs, the terms and conditions of which will be issued when a design brief is requested.

PRICING
Glacier Blue is non VAT registered and therefore all our products and services are VAT free.
For international orders the customer is responsible for paying any import duties / tax that maybe levied by their own country.

DELIVERY
UK delivery will normally be via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon receipt.
Heavier parcels may travel by courier and will also require a signature upon receipt.
We aim to dispatch all jewellery orders within 2 days or receipt of order but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery on our standard, unpersonalised stationery, as each item is handmade to order. We will notify you via e-mail if we expect delivery times to be longer than those stated.
For commissions, personalised and bespoke stationery you will be advised of deilvery times.
If a single order is depatched in more than one part you will only be charged for delivery once.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt - we will issue a returns number for you to enclose when you return the goods. We will offer a full refund provided the product arrives back in a resaleable condition. Until the item reaches us it remains your responsibility and we therefore suggest you use a recorded delivery service.
We are unable to refund / exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Stationery - we regret that we are only able to accept returns on stationery that is bought from our standard ranges and is unpersonalised.
We are unable to refund any postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
